You are automatically connected to our Emergency Response Center and to your loved ones 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. During an ongoing alarm, everyone in your Safety+ network can see where you are, and together they can help. The Emergency Response Center has the main responsibility to decide what help is needed.
In order to use the service you need:
- A Moto Watch 100 or a BellPal watch
- A smartphone with the BELLPAL Safety+ App
You are connected to our Alarm Control System via the BELLPAL Safety+ App. When an alarm is triggered from the watch it is sent via the app to the Emergency Response Center and your Safety+ Contacts, who will be able to see your position and chat with each other in the app in order to find the best method to help you. In the app you can also manage your Safety+ Contacts.
If you are a Safety+ Contact to another user you can use the BELLPAL Safety+ App to manage alarms and view the user’s phone and watch battery.

You can add as many Contacts as you want in your BELLPAL Safety+ App. When an alarm is activated both your Contacts and the Emergency Response Center will be notified through the App and your location will be sent to them.
Your Contacts can follow the alarm resolution process and chat with each other in the app. Their contact information will also be shared with the Emergency Response Center so that the Emergency Response Center can reach out to them and get their help in order to provide the best support for you.

The app is available for both iOS and Android. It is free to download, but you need an active Safety+ subscription or be invited as a Contact to a user with a Safety+ subscription in order to use it.
